Greetings!

          In behalf of the elected officials and appointed personnel of the Municipal Government of Santa Rosa, I would like to welcome everyone to the website of the Local Government Unit. 

       The right to information is one of the basic rights of the people  to enable  them to  have  meaningful  participation  in  governance. This is one of our objectives  in setting up  the website. The various infrastructure, agricultural, social, health and economic programs / projects  being  implemented  by  the Municipal  Government , the Ordinances / Resolutions being enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan   and  what are the  future  plans of  the LGU can be accessed in the website.

         The  Annual  Municipal  Budget and Expenditures  will also be posted  as  part of  our  effort  to comply  with  the  Full  Disclosure Policy. Lastly, this website may also serve as a venue for the people of Santa Rosa to air grievances / recommendations / suggestions. 

           I encourage every resident of Santa Rosa to read the website of our Municipal Government. I strongly believe that a progressive, smart, resilient and green Santa Rosa can only be attained through the active interaction of the local officials and the people.
